The Tecno 4G Portable WiFi TR118 has an OS command injection in its Ping Tool: the url argument to /goform/goform_get_cmd_process reaches a shell unsanitized, so a crafted value runs arbitrary system commands on the device. That's full command execution on a portable router, and a public exploit (VDB-246130) exists — though the vector marks the path as requiring high privileges, and the vendor, per the disclosure, never responded.

The privilege gate and the device class together shape a specific threat model. This is a diagnostic feature normally behind the admin interface, so the abuser is someone who already has elevated access — or who first defeated the login — using the ping field to break out to the OS. The vendor's silence is the bigger long-term problem: no acknowledgment strongly implies no patch, so exposure is likely permanent for anyone running this hardware.
